Q. Can this program be combined with other offers?
A. Since this is a discount program, you cannot use other carwash coupons, discounts or offers. We do offer multiple car discounts when billed to the same credit card. Ask about our family plan.

Q. Can I use my Unlimited pass with more than one vehicle?
A. No, the program is vehicle specific and limited to the vehicle that corresponds to the license plate on the account. Also this program is for personal use only: no taxis, limos or shuttles.

Q. When will I be billed for my Unlimited pass?
A. The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date for each consecutive month you are on the program. No hassle and no fuss! Plus, cancel at any time. Any other purchases, such as air fresheners, accessories or wash upgrades outside of your plan will be paid for separately at the time the item or service is received

Q. What if I want a different wash than the plan I’ve chosen?
What if I have the #1 Full Service Unlimited Plan, but want to get the #2 Deluxe Wash that day?
A. Simple. Just pay the difference between the two packages. For example, if you want the #2 Deluxe Wash, but you have the #1 Full Service Unlimited Plan, just pay the difference ($16.99-$12.99=$4) only $4 to upgrade for that wash.

Q. How do I cancel?
A. You can cancel any time prior to your billing date after the first full month. Just stop in and or send us your cancellation request in writing before your next billing cycle. You can continue using your unlimited washes until the renewal/billing date. No refunds are given for partial months.
